Office Visit
Office Visits are easily summarized in a list, and old visits can be recalled with just a click. The physical exam is a collection of combo boxes that allow for easy data entry. Items can simply be chosen from a list, or just type the first few letters to bring up a selection. For all patients, an unlimited number of default entries can be entered for each item on the physical exam. In addition, any abnormal results (different from a default entry) will be recalled in the future for that particular patient.
