I work with Kettering Physician Network Heart & Vascular in Dayton, Ohio. I have offices in Centerville and Kettering.

David Stultz, MD, FACC

I am a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), board certified in Cardiovascular Disease, Internal Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology, and Echocardiography.

Before I started medical training, I actually had hobbies which included soccer, roller hockey, computers, database design, and traveling.

I have added Internal Medicine Presentations that I delivered during my residency training. I also have all of my Cardiology Presentations that I have given at the Veteran's Administration Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. I have also added presentations from Kettering Medical Center in Kettering, Ohio.

I have written a database program that allows residents and fellows to track their patients and print check out sheets in a very organized fashion. This system also tracks procedures, and will allow residency programs and individual residents to view statistics regarding types of patients they have cared for.  This program was successfully implemented at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio where I completed my residency in Internal Medicine.

I have also worked on a database for use in outpatient medical practice.  Using Microsoft Access 2000, I developed the foundation for an application that can be networked across an office to allow physicians within a group to track their patients electronically. Although it does not completely eliminate paper charts, it should reduce physical charts by about 80%. Check out the Medical Database demonstration Download.

My interests also include traveling. I have been to France, Italy, Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Russia.  Here are some of the places that I have visited.
